What is a cake or brownie pop?
It is a cake or brownie pop that's shaped into a ball or other shapes. The cake/brownie is already mixed in with vanilla frosting but you can ask for a different frosting flavor. The ball is then dipped into our gourmet chocolate candy coating!
How much are your treats?
We have a price chart we can e-mail you, however, our pops start at $33 a dozen and our cupcakes start at $30 a dozen. A minimum of a dozen is required.
What events do you cater to?
We cater to ALL events. Even if you just want some treats for yourself we cater to you; nothing is too big or small!
Do you offer Gluten-Free pops?
Yes, we offer Gluten-Free brownie or cake pop options for an additional cost. Please call or email us for more details.
Can I try before I buy?
We allow you to try our flavors for $2 a pop or cupcake for basic flavors (plus shipping). If you are looking to taste one of our upgraded flavors please contact us for sample pricing.
Can you make any custom pops or cupcakes?
Yes, we cater to mostly custom orders. If you have a theme and want your treats to match please let us know and we can create anything for you!
Are pops wrapped when they arrive?
Yes, we wrap our pops in small cellophane bags and tie them with silver ties.
Do you offer cake pop stands?
We do not carry stands in house but we can order them for you. Please contact us for more information.
Do you offer gift boxes as gifts?
Yes we do. Please let us know what exactly you would like and we will accommodate your order. There will be an extra fee for gift boxes, bows etc. Please allow extra time if you need such an order.
When should I order?
For small orders of a dozen or two please order at least two weeks in advance. For larger orders please order at least a month in advance. If you require tins or boxes with your small order please add up to an additional week when deciding when to place your order.
How long do pops last and how do I keep them at home?
Our pops last 2-3 weeks if refrigerated. The candy coating protects the cake or brownie inside and keeps it fresh and moist! Never keep your pops near a source of heat. In the summer always refrigerate but in cooler weather you may keep them in the cellophane bags at room temperature.
How do you accept payments and/or deposits and when should they be made?
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required when you place an order. If placing an order in less than a month to your order date then the entire amount must be paid of which 50% is non-refundable.. PAYMENT: can be made via Credit Card, Check or Paypal. Please note if you are paying via Credit Card or Paypal a small Paypal fee will be charged to your order.
Do you accept same day orders & rush orders?
Yes, if they are placed before, 10am but depending on availability of flavors or designs requested. There will be a same-day rush fee for such orders. All same week rush orders will incur a $15 rush fee. Call or email us for more information.
Do you ship your treats?
Yes, we ship Monday-Wednesday. We do not ship on Thursday or Fridays because we do not want your order sitting in the shipping facility over the weekend. At the moment we do not ship cupcakes. We mostly ship via UPS or FEDEX. Because the chocolate candy coating may melt we do not recommend shipping that takes longer than 2 days. If you are on the east coast shipping is normally 1-2 days via UPS ground shipping. Overnight shipping may be required in the summer months depending on your location. Shipping price varies based on location and the amount of treats in your order.
Do you ship in the summer?
Yes, but there is an additional $6 charge for special packaging. Email us for details.
Do you make shipping guarantees?
We cannot make any guarantees once the product has been shipped. Our pops are wrapped individually in bubble wrap and we provide great packaging for our products, therefore, melted or cracked products can not be refunded. We suggest adding insurance to your order.
Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Yes, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you know when your order arrives.
Where are you located?
We are not a store front; we are strictly home-based. We allow local pickups and we ship.
